Thank you very much, I hadn't viewed it as nostalgic, but I can very much resonate with that descriptor. While your referencing Kurosawa, I'm particularly fond of the his early film "Ikiru." It might even be a perfect film.

I don't think I'm aware of Scandinavian folk tale art as a genre. It sounds very interesting. We borrowed a children's book with a scandinavian folk tale, and the artwork was really extraordinary. Do you have any suggestions about where I could learn more?
