Sequel to My OC Monica, is looking for a way to remove the earphones that previously brainwashed her and she hopes that a hidden cache of treasure found has an answer to her problem. However, she ends up seeing a suit of bikini armor, and she hears a voice telling her to wear it. She puts it on, not realizing the suit was hypnotizing her, and she finds herself happily brainwashed into being the treasure's guardian.

My story for this? I believe that, when Monica got brainwashed into being a slave dancer, she started questioning why her "master" wasn't showing up to see her ready for service. She might have "enjoyed" it, but, after who knows how long she danced, she got a bit frustrated about the lack of anyone showing up and managed to slip free of the brainwashing. Enough of her got loose, allowing her to use her powers to disable the earphones and fully free herself from the mind control. However, she had no idea how to remove them or the slave bikini, and I'm pretty sure she doesn't want to be seen in public wearing such a getup.
In a way, she did trade one form of enslavement for another. On one hand, she would be trapped in the slave bikini for a long time, and the earphones might reactivate long enough for her to declare someone as her master. On the other hand, she now has an outfit that (I think) she can take off, but she doesn't want to due to the hypnosis the armor (or maybe the spirit possessing the armor) applied to her. This hypnosis works in a more subtle way and is thus harder to break; she doesn't know she's been hypnotized, and she thinks she wants to be the treasure's guardian.
On the bright side, she no longer has to dance in metal high heels; I would assume those to get pretty uncomfortable after a short while.
If she has friends, then they're probably going to worry for her; even Monica has no idea how long she had been a hypnotized slave dancer. They might come looking for her.
All in all, this turned out better than I hoped :3 And Monica remains both sexy and cute, no matter what she ends up wearing :3

It's kind of sad the first part though (I would say the earphones just ran out of battery XD, but that's me)

If they do find her like this, then I would assume she would be friendly with them because, despite her hypnosis, they're still her best friends. She might get a bit wary if they make it clear they're going to take her from that place.
To each their own. I do like the details, though, it could make sense. I wonder how the earphones actually feel on her...
She might enjoy it until boredom takes its toll and she starts patrolling further and further from the tomb until she completely wanders off. Who knows? Her friends might find her on one such patrol.

With the earphones, I always imagined them as whispering things into her ears, repeating them in a soft voice. Magic present in the phrases lets them write themselves into the victims' mind, allowing the earphones to take control of her thought patterns. End result: first, hypnosis, then mind control, then total brainwashing, depending on how long they were either active or worn.
On the other hand, she could talk to the armor? It does seem capable of talking to her. But she would start to miss her friends and might end up trying to seek them out afterward.

In my case I believe It's more of hypnotic waves that put the victim under the control.
As for the armor talking, it's cursed, isn't it? so maybe the curse just has the purpose of being worn by the temple's guardian. Since Monica was partly vulnerable (As in mind control) by the first bikini maybe she could hear the curse lying to her.

Now I have another idea, but I'll wait until requests/suggestions open again.
Although, the armor didn't actually lie to Monica. It did say it would remove the slave bikini, and it did just that. It didn't say it wouldn't hypnotize her, and she found herself brainwashed. It's really open to interpretation IMO.
