well.. no... I guess if you need the wii U for the tablet next time you might want to just draw it in black and white lines, get it to a computer (you could download it from the DA upload) use the threshold tool in a program like GIMP, add the colors through that program with the paint bucket tool, and then save it 100 quality.
but if that's not an option don't worry about. I'm just a perfectionist and most people probably don't even vaguely notice...
