Rosalina's looking out of this world in her new outfit!I've never played Mario Kart Tour, but the second I saw this design I said to myself, "I need to draw this!"
I was completely floored by the dress's stellar design, and Rosalina's one of my favorite Mario characters, so yeah. This drawing needed to happen.

I felt the exact same way you did when I saw her dress. As soon as I saw it, I had to draw her wearing it (which was good timing, since I had a drawing of her I was making for that week).
You did a wonderful job drawing it. The colors looks so smooth and blend together elegantly. It works well with the smooth linework, which all works perfectly with a graceful woman like Rosalina. The background colors also work well.
