Selena Gallio/The Black QueenΒ (Age: over 17,000; height: 5'10"): Selene is the oldest living mutant, born 17,000 years ago. She is a notable villain of the X-Men, often opposing them in her position as the Black Queen of the Hellfire Club. Her ultimate goal is to become a goddess through the life absorption of other mutants.Sarah Greene (Age: 29; height: 5'4"; credits: Penny Dreadful, Vikings): I drew inspiration from Sarah's role in Penny Dreadful, portraying the sinister Hecate Pool, a practitioner of the dark arts. She gives one hell of a performance, showing she is capable of carrying a role of a complicated character with gifts greater than man. I'd love to see the Hellfire series introduce Selene and explore her expedition to becoming a goddess, using the life force of mortals to sustain immortal life, and Greene could give everything needed to make this character work. Her presence needs to be completely different than that of Emma Frost's, so finding an actress who could completely separate the two, despite being the two Queens of the Hellfire Club,Β was a necessity.

I love Penny Dreadful! It's become a favorite of mine. Give me supernatural themes and some good-ass acting, and I'm hooked.Β Sarah appears in the second season, by the way. I think you'll see her height won't matter much compared to her acting capability.

Oh, I'm already partially through the second season. I haven't seen her yet, but I probably missed her appearances, seeing as she was in the first season (thanks, IMDB). Like I said, your judgment is gospel, so stick with Sarah if you wish.
