I recently became a Doctor Who fan. And like a lot of people I really loved Rose Tyler.This is why a chose to do a cosplay of her. My boyfriend PA-X was my 9th Doctor.
It a pretty simple cosplay. I bought the shirt on amazon, the coat at a thrift store and style the wig.
