My favorite Villain from pokemon is Maxie, mainly in the omega ruby version.I really like how pokemon changed Maxie in the newer games (Plus his new design makes him more of a nerd, lol.)
I find it hilarious when Maxie loses a battle and he steps back in shock, but his glasses fall down his face and then he immediately pushes them back up and acts serious again, lol.
(His hair looks more like silver's from Heart gold though... funny thing is that silver's my favorite rival in the pokemon games.)
Anyway, this took me a little bit to draw, but I really love how this turned out
! I wanted to try out shading like this and it turned out really good ! (I'll do this shading more often :3 ) !
