I like it a lot! A couple of things: The freckles are a little too sharp, make the brush a couple of pixels bigger and soften the edges.
Maybe cut back on the lens flares, too? It kind of detracts from your picture in two ways: First, it takes away attention from your lovely drawing, which is a shame because it's very nicely done. Secondly, it doesn't fit with the style of your drawing; lens flares look really cool but don't match. You could draw a sun in the same style and put a lens flare behind it, though.
