I love this picture. Really great job!

But actually it's only CONFIRMED that Nnoitra is dead. Tesla may still be alive, he actually probably is. Did you notice it was the same thing with him and Grimmjow?

They got beaten, but it was never Confirmed they actually died, they kinda disappeared.

So Tesla has a 85% chance of still being alive. They usually make a big deal if an arrancar dies, they even show Ulquiorra diappearing into dust. You'll know if they're dead, but no one (besides Tite Kubo) is positve if Tesla's dead or not. I'm almost possive he's not.
