Haha! I can't remember my mood while drawing, but my angle on the motif was to portray an ent who's grown stuck and is become part of the forest floor, which you may imagine must be somewhat annoying.

Thanks! I guess I didn't really try to portray Treebeard, but worked more loosely inspired out from the ent creatures, picturing an ent who's been taking a rest, and wake up to find himself grown stuck to the forest floor.
