He actually curls 250lbs now, and his biceps tends to swell a little bigger and harder with each rep. I think he's grown 3" in the last week or so... I'm not sure about the chain, though. Want me to ask him?

Man, you should have seen him - curling 350lbs, thick iron chains wrapped around his upper arms... and you could see his muscles straining against them as he kept doing rep after rep. Unbelievable sight. And then, suddenly there was this explosion, and his biceps just burst through the chains!
