He has the best move set perfect for the Smash Bros community his Data Drain with all his counterpart just like Megaman can be his Smash finisher and the Tri-Edge sign can be his forward Smash attack
Azure Flame, Sora Yuki, Shugo, Sakuya, Tsukasa, & Haseo
or use the dot hackers to help him: BlackRose, Balmung, Orca, & Mistral *similar to Shulk*
or perhaps have the cats who always with him
Macha, Mia, & Hermit to aid him.
and why not put Sephiroth or Cloud from FF VII
also Rhythm Heaven Fever
