Boy it's been a while since I've drawn/posted chibi!I had an incredible amount of fun drawing/coloring this. It was intended for Somniu 's layout and ended up being a success. (Go there and look! It's cute! XDD; ) I discovered that I could put in a lot more detail into drawings than I thought.
(yes, I didn't know I could) Actual bamboo was used for drawing reference. =OwO= ::had to steal it:: 
I didn't quite achieve the beauty of ancient Chinese paintings, but I think I created a decent representation. The characters are Raika (top) and Latro. I hope to re-use the real bamboo to inked bamboo concept sometime in a more serious piece one day. :'D I really like the idea.
