XDD;; Yuss, very silly title. 
Behold my lazy background!This is a random chibi representation of myself, dressed up in the same clothes as my avatar on Gaia .
At first I was going to draw my avatar, but instead I wound up drawing myself in my avatar's clothing because... well... I made my avatar look very similar to myself. XD; *loser* 
Well... Just the hairstyle and color and... =>>=;; My head isn't extremely large compared to my body and... 
Aaah, I haven't been drawing chibi lately. D; I kinda miss it. This is part of old drawing spammage #2! =.___.=! Ohohoho... ::goes off to do 3 hour long HW:: 8D
For anyone curious, this is my gaia account . XD;; Though I'm... hardly ever on.

In the program I use, I use a layer called "addition layer." In photoshop, it might be called "dodge," last I checked.

I use dodge, but it just makes the colour a shade lighter. If I keep using dodge on the same spot it goes white but not the "good" effect your picture has.
