Shiver man was made to help chill man in slowing down/stopping the process of global warming. Shiver Man can use the power ice vents to create more, well, ice in the artic and other cold regions. Also using the liquid nitrogen on his back to super cool water, and using it as a means of construction, and as an offensive maneuver. Despite his big appearance, (10 ft) he is kind hearted. But Due to a flaw in his system, he has an anti-freeze leak in his body, causing him to constantly feel cold. but he never complains about, as he doenst want to bother people. Thus, sometimes he suffers from minor depression, and just wants to be alone and feel sad. He is polite when meeting friends and new people though. Onto his weapon, the snow crash; a mini wall of ice, that is shot forward and deals quite some damage. You can charge it up and once that happens, two icicles travel across the ceiling and floor, like freeze man and frost man's attacks.
