EDIT: After people pointed it out, the issue with Timmy’s head being a little too big bugged me the more I stared at it. So, I made it look better. I thank everyone for their help.

This was inspired by that episode where Timmy wishes he had Chip Skylark’s voice. I think it turned out pretty decent for somewhere between 3 and 4 hours of work. I know my background is kinda plain, but I’m usually all tired out at the end and they seem to be the last thing I do. Not, a good excuse… I’m just not very good at thinking up the little details to top stuff off.

The specs on this drawing:

This drawing was:
1. drawn using a mechanical pencil (0.7mm lead)
2. scanned onto computer
3. outlined and colored in PSP 9
