Description
Okay, it's time to let it out. Back in 2013, I'd imagine Jhonen Vasquez creating a new show for Cartoon Network that is essentially like Kids' WB!'s Detention, but with a darker twist. The show would star Rob Paulsen as the main character, who happens to be an evil teacher going by the name of "Mr. Rin Heif". I know, weird name.

It was supposed to be titled "Detention of Doom", but that name was already taken by DC Comics, so I decided, it should be named "Detention of Evil". Its theme song should be written in B-flat minor, and written in the same beat as the Robot Chicken theme song, and Vince Staples' Home, with music provided by Kevin Manthei.

Set in Keef McDiyDiy Middle Skool (weird name, I know), Mr. Rin Heif was an average teacher, until a student of his named "Qwee" (it's Jhonen Vasquez logic, to be honest) made fun of his name, which led to Mr. Heif to pursue a life of evil, having to give him endless amounts of detention. Even having the entire world hate Qwee for what he did to Mr. Heif. Yeah, basically [adult swim]'s Invader ZiM. I can tell, because both shows should end up sharing the same creator.

Originally, I wanted to this to be on Cartoon Network, but they'd screw it over, so it should be on [adult swim].

Mr. Heif actually talks in the same voice as Bird Brain from T.U.F.F. Puppy, thanks to Rob Paulsen. Richard Steven Horvitz will also be in the show, voicing his just as villainous son "Multo Lo Heif" (sorry about these weird names, but still), using the same voice he used for the titular main character from Vasquez's more well known show Invader ZiM. Jim Cummings would provide the voice of the dinwitted Frankenstein's Monster horse "Iwf" using his Fuzzy Lumpkins voice.

Other voice actors should include:
Andy Berman as Qwee - the student who gets countless detentions, and is always hated for making fun of Mr. Heif; he then tries to reveal that Heif is evil, but nobody believes him. Hey, just like Dib from Invader ZiM.
Dee Bradley Baker as Dihj - Qwee's trusty sidekick
Grey Griffin as Regina - the goth girl, a la Gaz from Invader ZiM.
Candi Milo as Mrs. Neversmile - The evil and demonic school teacher, based on Ms Bitters from Invader ZiM
Carlos Alazraqui as Mus Fernandez - the skool principal who speaks with a heavy Spanish accent (as a matter of fact, Carlos Alazraqui should consider voicing a lot of the Spanish speaking male characters in the show)
And no, Tom Kenny will not be a part of the project. Sorry. But additional voices should include:

I know, Invader ZiM clone, I know, but at least it's not as bad as Kid vs. Kat. Why would Carlos Alazraqui be a part of a Jhonen Vasquez made project? Wasn't he in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja voicing Dave? Hell, Vasquez even provided character designs.

The animation should be done by Saerom Animation (in the similar visual flare as My Gym Partner's a Monkey, but with characters' mouths moving like the later seasons of Chowder). Yeah, this show NEEDED a reason to be TV-MA (it was supposed to be TV-PG originally, but it would be even more risque for CN). Qwee's name is a reference to Jhonen Vasquez's Squee! comic book series. Produced at Cartoon Network Studios. Vasquez should cite Max Fleischer cartoons as inspiration for this show.
