Oh, I used a texture + gradient. For the stars I used the star tool (shape tool) in Photoshop and transformed them to vary the sizes and angle. Thanks!

It should be kept as "ku" since usually katakana spellings of names follow the rough pronunciation of words rather than how they're spelled. In this case, "Aiku" sounds much more like "Ike" than "Aike" does.
