How do you get your transparency looking so good all the time?

Amy: Uh, well, this is only a little pixel thingy, so it's all just done pixel by pixel on photoshop. : D
But if you're referring to other deviations, well, I usually sketch things on paper, scan it, lineart on photoshop with a white background layer, colour, and then just delete the background layer.

Well, it's still really smooth edges, so you must be doing something right.
