Both. I used to use the pen tool for the lineart and shading in photoshop.
Now I do my lineart on Sai with the tablet

Oh a tablet? That's nice,Β drawing with a mouse is pretty tough. I used to try it before but I never liked my stiff lineart. Traditional for me because I don't have photoshop or sai. But I'm still glad to have photoshop elements 11 to edit out the white paper bg.
