And this one is of Hao-sama, whom I love dearly and with all my heart, like so many of my fangirl brethren.

I also have an intense love of Gothic architecture, so the two loves met and hit it off from the start. Unfortunately, no one around the world wants to take a close-up of a flying buttress, so I had to make do with a distance pic as reference. I hate working with references that you can't copy exactly, no matter how hard you try. I hate having anything being impossible. I wanted to see every little detail of a window, but could not. This irritated me to no end. Fortunately, I had good music and patience. I also had Hao's happily scheming face smiling up at me from the page. That alone made all the difference.
