Umm.. not all of your work look like this, but THIS particular one seems like it's just been put through filter in Photoshop... (and i know what i'm saying 'cause I work in PS)

No, not really. It is a bit sloppy, I agree, but I never use filters when I paint. The finished portrait just looked too smooth and slick for my taste, so I used soft texture brush set on mixer on top of his face and hair (exept for the the eyes). I kind of liked the effect, but apparently it just looks wrong.

Huh.. Probably you're right 'cause i've seen your drawings - I'm sorry, I'm a bit nervous now 'cause I've found couple of people who steal somebody's art here and just put some photos through filters to make them look like painted... My apologies
