How Flower!Frisk came into being (theory)
Before the game, Asriel's ashes were spread in the royal garden. Later, the first yellow flower grew from this spot, from the seed stuck in Chara's shirt and his essence fused with it (though he didn't have the Determination to actually move and think until Alphys injected it with DT "I wonder what happens when something without a SOUL gains the will to live")
The same thing probably happened here, except that Frisk's "dust" ended up in an Echo flower instead of a golden flower, and she can now talk and think because she already had a lot of DT (though probably not as much as Flowey, if she can't RESET)
