We've had some intense fog this week. I tried capturing it, but it's very hard. Somehow this still looks grainy even though my ISO was at 100.

yeah, fog is tricky, but you got captured it well - it does often seem to be grainy, but I think that's just an effect it has

Thanks. It's a cool shot, I just wasn't expecting such a good response.

I'm also thinking of adding more borders to my photos. Don't know if that seems pretentious or not. I've always had mixed feelings about adding borders.

Only add borders to photos you feel NEED borders. That's what I do. Like my snow monkey photos and the ones from the auto show. I felt that the border helped the photo pop out even better to the eye than it did without them.
