Uhm, actually no.
That's a Gray Death Light Scout (Battle) Armor.
Battle armor is just (most) infantry in a BA with jump jet packs and fitting weaponry, while a protomech is a mini-mech with a tonnage of between 2-9 tons that has one main gun (and possibly a secondary gun for defense against infantry), which is a light or medium mech weapon.
Oh, and btw: You did trace it off of an old piece of artwork, right?

No offense but it looks like you clobbered two Gray Death suits into each other and redid the legs. But I must say, nice work mixing those two designs together.
