He is my OC. A long time ago, there was the public offering of boss characters of Rockman series. I applied for this character to it. Probably, I think his design is a little different to that time. Because the original pic does not exist anymore, I drew it while remembering a long time ago. I think a rough image is similar to the thing of that time. Then this was not adopted but it was admitted as a good piece of work. (I applied for 4 characters to the public offering. So I'm not sure which work was admitted. But I guess that it's this.) Then My real name was posted to the ending roll of Rockman 7. If the ending roll of Megaman 7 same as Rockman 7 then, when you clear this game, you will able to see my name in it. This is really honored for me.
