I really like this animation, it flows smoothly. The animated eyes in her hair are a neat, creepy touch!
I think the hand motion is fine since they only move briefly. However, I think the white outlines around her arms could use a bit less anti-aliasing. This would help make a cleaner transition between the white outlines and the black outline.
I have one suggestion about the character’s real eyes. Try using slightly thinner lines and/or make the lines a bit sharper. This would help make the lines crisp like those elsewhere in the animation.

Thanks for your comment! About anti-aliasing, do you mean the arms that come out of skirt or her true ones? I think I could use sharp filtr for them, maybe this would help. I'll also thinner lines of her eyes if you say so, we will see how it will look, my brother always tells me that I draw too wide outlines, too

Yeah try that and see how it looks. I think it's the fact that the white lines are next to black lines that makes this drawing a bit tricky.

And about programme, I use PS but many people say it's not the best for animation. One of deviantartist recommended my OpenToonz, it's free and I'm going to try it, you could try it too, I hope there are tutorials on YT about it

I saw the video, it looked like doing animations is something impossible if your not a professional artist sadly but I will try it when I have the nerves with it

I jsut omfg, I'm so speechless---
I knew your animation would be hella good, but this is just way over all my expectations ;___;
I already loved the just blinking/moving eyes version so far, but this complete version just totally blew my mind!
The animation looks really smooth and I really love how you shift between close-up and fullbody, it's very fluid!
I absolutely love how the eyes are moving around then stops for a moment once the eyes on her blindfold opens, then shifting down, knowing the hands are going out - WHICH LOOK REALLY COOL AS WELL OMFG, I LOVE HOW THEY MOVE AROUND!
The motion blur worked out perfectly, and I also lovely the messy background that makes it all amazing!! And lastly, the little smile at the end just puts the dot on the i, it's a perfect "ending" for the animation! Love the soft outline around the hands a lot!
Just woah, you should sell animations like these, you would earn a lot of money with it, seriously!!
