Jaguar warrior.
In Nahuatl Tayaocelotl.
One of the greatest and millenaries orders of warriors in the ancient Mexico. Being a Jaguar warrior was more than a code or range a part of their religion, they were entrusted to the god Tezcatlipoca and changed their rituals to the sun by rituals to the night. Within the Mexican people was a rank higher than the eagle warriors as they could subdue and capture up to six enemies in war and were the warriors who went to the front in battle. They were considered nobles and received lands, properties, profits and services by the government and also part of the reward of conquered enemies. These warriors did their best to look like the jaguar, both in appearance and movements, causing even more terror to the enemy.
One jaguar warrior could cause significant casualties on the enemy because they wear a cotton robe that was very difficult to cut even by the obsidian, the sharpest natural crystal, in addition to their strength and skill. The enemy knew it was approaching its end when they saw these warriors.

Una de las grandes ordenes milenarias de guerreros en el México antiguo. Ser guerrero jaguar significaba más que un código o rango, era parte de su religión, pues se encomendaban al dios Tezcatlipoca y cambiaban sus ritos hacia al sol por los de la noche. Dentro del pueblo mexica era un rango más elevado que los guerreros águila ya que podían someter y capturar hasta seis enemigos en la guerra y eran los guerreros que iban al frente en las batallas. Se consideraban nobles y recibían terrenos, propiedades, ganancias y servicios por parte del gobierno además parte del motín de pueblos conquistados. Estos guerreros hacían todo lo posible para parecerse al jaguar, tanto en apariencia como en movimientos, causando aun más terror al enemigo.
Un solo guerrero jaguar podía causar bastante bajas al enemigo, pues usaban una vestidura de algodón trenzado que era muy difícil de cortar incluso por la obsidiana, el cristal natural mas filoso, además de su fuerza y habilidad. El enemigo sabía que era su fin cuando veían acercar a estos guerreros.
