I felt really weird drawing crossdressing Poland, as I usually don't do that and don't really enjoy it neither, but I had this idea and couldn't get it off my mind. I don't know how it is in your country but in Poland crossdressing isn't a normal thing. It's considered as weird or even sick. So of course Feliks would keep his little hobby as a secret. But you know, when you have that something you feel embarrassed and bad about but you can't really help it, sometimes you don't tell about it even to your best friend. And when it somehow comes to light, you feel so freaking bad not only for doing it but also for not telling him yourself. And that's where you discover if your friendship it true. I lately lost a good friend that way (of course not by crossdressing lol). But I also gained a bigger trust in my other friend that I ever had ^_^ Yup, I have a real best friend and I just couldn't be happier
My back... hurts D: How the hell had I spent so much time on this crap? On the other hand I made it really quickly for asomething so long, that's why it looks so bad

I've never had a problem with crossdressers. The only ones that have problem with them are the male population in my country. but yeah, crossdressing is more tolerated here.. not accepted but tolerated.
I don't think crossdressing would be accepted as something normal by people anytime soon. Yes women are allowed to crossdress, but it's not the same with men...I often wonder will crossdressing be accepted anytime soon in my lifetime. But at least people are open about it now more than before.

Well, in my country everyone has a problem with that (I mean, even I used to be pretty uncomfortable with that). I think it's because we're only used to those hardcore, perverted transsexuals we see in stupid American movies >_< It's like with gay people, actually. Luckily, lately more and more movies are produced, that show they're pretty much like all of us, with same feelings and problems, only well a bit different, but surely own the same respect as anyone else.

Over here in the 'States it is seen as a mental illness and is actually discussed in our psych literature. Frankly, I think that it is silly. Girls over here wear pants. Why can't guys wear skirts?
I've never had a problem with it and would easily hang out and do things with a known "cross-dresser" - as long as he didn't mind me wearing pants and sneakers.

Yup, that's exactly what I thought. We women wear pants and act manly and consider ourselves modern and sexy, but when they wear skirts and act girly we call them weirdos =_= Where's the logic?
Still, I must say I too was taken aback when I first saw Poland as a crossdresser , mainly because it was so random and seemed to be made just to have a laugh at him, and as such made me really angry. But when I started to think about it, I thought: Ah, to hell with it, he's just my country, I'll be proud of him no matter what he wears or who he dates." As many people pointed out in comments below, it's not his weakness, but his strong point. He's strong and proud enough not to care what others might think, and just be himself. Well, in this comic he's still pretty insecure, but I'm sure he soon got over it.

It's really rare to have a country when a boy crossdress is normally accepted. The drag-queens here are very badly treated, and if a guy crossdresses and says he's het, nobody belives him x'D But of the Poland character, not the country, shows a really strong characteristic of doing what he enjoys doing and don't caring about what people think (as is not good accept neither considered normal). Which I like since I think Poland is such a strong country for what I've been reading in his story!

Yes, I know, that's why I don't reject his crossressing, like most Polish fans do. It takes a real courage to be who he is. Still I think that in the beginning he felt really insecure and guilty (after all he represents all his people), but eventually got over it. It was much easier having such an awesome friend by his side, friend who accepts him no matter what ^_^

I've saw a group against his crossdressing from polish people and I was kinda "Why?" since before that I only knew polish people that didn't mind it. It does! And he probably felt insecure on the beginning since 1) it's a huge step 2) he's shy around people he don't know (as Hidekaz told on his profile) And on the actual strips that shows him wearing without even seem to mind he already got over it. And yes X3 Especially since Liet don't mind and Hungary actually would like x'D

(Maybe he was drunk too, since he went to Russia's house to say tricks and treats?! XD) But that of wearing them with Liet makes much sense- since he feels more secure with Liet. As he's a shy guy at first, but once used to you... XD;

W sumie jak teraz o tym pomyślałam to już od strasznie dawna przyzwyczajałam się do crossdressingu, bo mając lat bodajże 13 oglądałam z przyjaciółką Fushigi Yuugi 
Potem czytałam "Ono" Terakowskiej i tam też był ten motyw. Potem jakoś się napatoczyło Lovely Complex (Chyba jedyne shojo jakie oglądałam, które było warte mojego czasu. Polecam na dosłodzenie.), potem RENT. No i po drodze jakaś masa randomowych filmów w telewizji (najśmieszniejsze jest to, że nie jestem fanką yaoi i nigdy nie szukam takich motywów, po prostu mam jakiegoś farta do tego xDD). No a potem sama poznałam taką osobę
