Been meaning to post this a while ago. Promised friend that I would. :3 Anyway, it was my entry for the mlpTP Easter Bonnet Competition from a few weeks back, modelled by the G3 SLH Silly Sunshine, a personal favourite of mine. We had to make an Easter hat/bonnet small enough to fit a pony.

Although mine looks kinda childish, I’m still pleased with it. I think it suits Sils nicely – it’s something a little silly, but on the bright side. :3 The only bad thing about the hat is that I made it specifically for Sils, so it only really fits G3 ponies in that pose or has the same head size and ear placement (the hat has holes in it to fit the ears through.)

Cheers to my uni friend Deanna for providing the toothpicks (saved me $3 from buying a pack)!

Hat and decorations made by me. :3 tools used: felt, Jovi clay, carnival strawstring (?), pipe cleaners, pompoms, beads, matchsticks, toothpicks, card, acrylics, pen, ribbon, The Essential Billy Joel Album – for background music – and lots of hot glue gun. :3
The blanket she sits on was made by a childhood friend of mine years ago.
