Seriously, there are hints of a female version of a "teacher's uniform" here. It looks a lot like a female version of Port's suit. I also note that she has a brooch like Ozpin's collar device. I'm assuming that this is the headteacher's seal of office?
It might be interesting if, in the immediate aftermath of the Great War, the faculty tended to wear an adult version of the students' uniform but, as the social backlash against the anti-individualists grew, they more and more preferred to wear their increasingly-eccentric and extravagantly artistic combat gear as a political statement instead.
