Timing is crucial. I tried to capture as many vehicles so that the lights are able to move here. I have been thinking of taking shots at this area because it's lively.Fujifilm Reala 100, Manfrotto, Nikkor 24mm, Bulb with multiple exposures. Slight photoshop adjustments for dark and light and final touches from Photoscape.
