Damn! I guess the more pumped up she feels, the hotter her body gets as well. At least I assume that's what's going on in this picture. I'm not gonna lie, Yang with dragon powers would be awesome, but at least make her a Maiden first or something.

Thing is, I'm amazed he hasn't realised his mistake. He asked Jinn how he could kill Salem. Instead, he should've asked how he could defeat her. After all, defeating someone and killing them can be separate.

True, but some part of me believes that salem can be redeemed somehow, I mean, sure she was inexperienced outside of what goes on out there in the world, or the rules of how life and death coexist, and there are things she would've understood, but when she was rescued from that tower, all she wanted was the happily ever after that she dreamed of, instead, everything went south for her when the man she fell in love with died of an unnamed sickness.
Even though she went to the gods and plead to them to bring him back to life, but she was turned down, not once, but twice, and she ended up cursed with immortality for it, the gods of light and darkness claimed that her actions were out of selfishness, and arrogance, which maybe true, but I believe that she wanted to bring ozma back out of love, something that the gods lacked the concept of, and it was their actions that drove salem down that dark path she took that made her who she is today.
And what's worse, they bring oz back, and tasked him to find the four relics, get salem to stop her rampage towards humanity, and unify all the humans so that the gods can judge humanity worthy of being kept around, but I bet you anything that they set him up cause they knew that once oz told salem everything, they knew what would happen after that, so basically, the gods of light and darkness inadvertently destroyed the love relationship that salem and ozma once had.

How could you redeem her? Everything going on right now is because she was selfish back when she was human.

I know, but maybe somewhere deep down, there's a shimmer of light deep inside her dark heart, some part of her that still loves ozma, if they can somehow reason with her, and show her that her way of doing things is wrong, then maybe she can be redeemed with the right push.
She may have been selfish when she was human, but I want to believe there's good in her somewhere.
Even though we know that her plan is a suicide mission in an effort to get rid of her curse, which I don't think it'll work, and I'm hoping that ozma, or ruby will tell her that her plan won't work the way she think it will, therefore hopefully she tell her that what she is doing is wrong, and show her the errors of her way.
Does she really deserve to be cursed just because she was doing something that she shouldn't have?, maybe, but she doesn't deserve to continue on like this, aside from being cursed with immortality, she corrupted herself in that grimm pool, when she attempted get rid of her undying life, somewhere deep down, she is suffering, and that part of her is asking someone to help her end that suffering.
We know that ruby's silver eye powers can petrify, or destroy a grimm only when they're in their sights, but I'm hoping that her eyes can purify her corrupted state, bring back the woman she once was to ozma, so she can understand that what she's doing is wrong.
So ask yourself, does Salem, the series main antagonist, deserve to be redeemed?, or not?
