Morgana is the brilliant, and insane, leader of a large gang. The gang's motives are unclear, known only to Morgana and her inner circle, but they seem to favor domination, though this all seems to only be a stepping stone to something greater. Morgana is exceptionally smart, a tactical and business genius. It's due to her that the gang has grown to be as powerful and widespread as it is. She is, however, quite insane. Not just her enemies, but her own team fears her, constantly uncomfortable just having her around, as she's just as likely to kill them for little to no reason. It's said simply being near her feels like Death is holding his sickle to your neck.

It's not just her intellect and ruthlessness that make her so feared, she's also one of very few "ability users" in the world; an ascended one at that. Morgana is a cloud woman, able to generate and control clouds and mist. Not only can she move them, but she can alter their density to be so thin as to almost completely disappear, or so thick they become as sturdy as a brick wall. The cloud can be almost anywhere, and go on the offense from any direction. If you can see her, she may very well have a metaphorical knife to your throat. It can be used for any amount of stealth and cruel assassinations. If she's feeling more direct, which is often the case, she can almost instantly destroy people or even buildings with large masses of solid cloud, like meteors raining down from the heavens. To top it off, she herself can become cloud, making it seemingly impossible to harm her at all. The only real relief is that is seems to have a range of about 80 yards.
