Equinexchange for this month! =sighthoundlady 's Inga! And here's my explanation for the lack of a background:First my computer got sick, and I had to leave it at a computer hospital so it could get rid of all the viruses. Finally I got it back and I was like OMG YEEY! But my tablet was having a fit, so I had to reinstall the driver for that- and when I was ready to go, I still had to finish coloring Inga!
By that time I wasn't sure if I should start a background or not, because I didn't think I'd have time. So when I did decide to do a background, I spent two or three hours working on it. I went to take a shower and when I got back, Photoshop was dead. All my progress gone with it. As you can see, I'm not the brightest person in the world. I know I should have saved it, but what choice do you have when you're an idiot?
So I was uber ticked, and I didn't want to restart the whole background tonight.. I found this nice paper stock and thought it fit nicely, added some light effects and here you have it.
I am happy with how Inga turned out, though not sure if I got the color quite right. This month was really not one of my best, but I was trying! I hope =sighthoundlady likes her!

The equine exchange is a group on Livejournal where equine artists go to sign up to trade art with people, sort of like a secret santa but they do it every month.
You sign up a bit before the end of a month by posting your character information where everyone else does, and the admins will send your information to another person. Then that person will draw your character, but you also have to draw something for the person you are assigned to in return for your gift.

Oh my gosh, yay, you drew Farfalla as a Scout of Halla Unicorn, she looks great! Superb definition on the muscles and the anatomy is just spot on. You did a wonderful job on her colors too, thank you so much, I love this! Sorry you had so many technical difficulties this month, it really sounds like it was a trial, thanks for persevering, the result was worth it I think!
