So I have a friend who's going to see the musical....again...tonight, and I promised I'd ahve something for her to give at the stage door...still not happy with it, but...it was due at 6 a.m. and I was at the point where I needed to be up for work in 5 1/2 hours. *Sigh*So yea...Since I have no idea where it's going/who's going to see it I got as much of the cast as I could--still crazy sad I had no time for Boq or Doc. Dillamond. ;.; I luff them.

I LOVE THISS!! is so wonderful. It fills me with almost as much joy as seeing the play. Of course I don't think ANY drawing/painting could fill me with NEAR that much...but still. LOVEE IT! What did you color this with? I don't mean to be offending but the one thing I would have done differently would be; you see how wonderful you got everyone's "in the moment" kinda serious face...I know its Glinda's nature to be more happy...but I think if her face was serious the over all emotion would be even better. (even though it already ROCKS!)

IKNOWRIGHT! the play is BEAUTIFUL!! and yes I agree peoples opinions are greatly appreciated to me also...but Im always cautious not to affend the artist...especially if I like their work. I loved the peice. nice job!

Ummm...I drew Glinda and Elphie the night before, that was probably an hour. all the other characters were drawn and it was colored the next day..um, drawings I'm gonna say 45 mins-an hour, coloring... *thinks* I had the main two done in about 2 1/2 hours (finished right before SPN) and I finished the coloring for the rest (granted, I was distracted) between about 10:30-12:30...so the short answer, all together about 6 1/2 hours?

Oh, she gets luckier. She won the ticket lotto, and was in the front row. ANd, there was an understudy for Elphie..which I was initially: aww! because I knew she was looking forward to seeing Marcie. Turns out she was estatic because Anne only goes on once in a great while, so she feels like she got a treat.

Wow, I thought it would have been much longer. I know the last time I drew something not even a third as complicated, it took much longer than that.
Holy flying monkeys! That's really lucky, and very cool that she reacted the way she did to the understudy.
