Description Swift, yet silent
Making its way
Through the dancing grass.

No one notices
The ladybug.

Beneath its bright shell
Hide the delicate wings
As breakable as glass.

Always a surprise
Shocking, how fast it flies.

Crawling along your finger
Making a small sound
As you flick it off.

It's skinny legs
Somehow still are cute.

Shining in the yellow sun
The energetic insect
Silently lives on.

Quickly and silently
Lives on the ladybug.
