Description Taken with Nikon D50

This was the main attraction at the Georgia Aquarium, the whale shark. Despite its name, it is the largest fish in the world. They were pretty amazing creatures.

Could I use this as a reference for a wall mural I'm working on?

O_O They had a whale shark as the main attraction at a aquarium?! Holy crap! How big was the tank for it? Out of curiousity. Because I know these fish can grow to be about as long as a bus and I'm curious as to how they would keep something that large. Beautiful picture of it though, very crisp and clear too.

Dang...that is a LOT of water and a very large piece of plastic to view through. XD Thanks for the info. You're lucky though. That you got to see just how large that tank was. Absolutely amazing I bet it was.

The tank is 6.2-million gallons! For me, that was unfathomable, but I was able to go behind the scenes and see the tank from above. Then I was able to understand just how big it was. Apparentely the viewing window for this tank is the largest in the world!
