Well done! Completely hand-drawn, right? What can I do to order a single background?

dude, this series is amazing! (i saw like 6 other of your posts but i liked this one the best)
you MUST give me tips/hints to make a realistic looking room, im a beginner so just tips and hints, settings/programs, or any help would be much appreciated!
great work though, honestly this reminds me a lot of Myst, and other steampunk games, yet has its own old-english style that really captures it's own plot just by a glance. professional work! very nice job, on all of the series.

Thank you so much!
The first tip is PATIENT! The second one is PRACTICE! Also, studying the work of great artist can help a lot, which can give you inspiration.
I only use photoshop and wacom intros 4 to draw. I also use some photos and combine them together to make the texture and detail part. When you get into the game industry, you will realize there is not much time for you to draw. So using photos is the key. There is no shame to use them. You go to the stock photo website to buy them or take them yourself, so you don't get into trouble.
Hope it can help~
