Fresh's 15th anniversary special follows a much more wiser Setsuna returning to the hometown of her friends to help celebrate her best buddy Love's 30th birthday. But something doesn't feel right. Unbeknownst to Setsuna, she encounters a strange young pink-haired girl who can't remember who she is. To make matters worse, nearly all the people in the town have vanished expect for the Cures and the girl and somehow, they believe a new enemy have arisen to finish what Infinity and his clan started. The girls tried to activate their powers but to no avail. Now unsure on how to defeat such a colossal being, can the team figure out the secret behind their new friend and rescue the townspeople before it's too late?
