Haha, I love it! Lovely style! The background has a splendid palette of colors that has a fantastical melt to it. Great lines on the Princesses, as well. You got the expressions down pat. Sassy Luna is sassy and poor Celestia seems so confused at this rebellion.

I love just about everything about this picture. Very crisp lies and gorgeous shading, beautiful background, and I love the eclipse and each sister's reaction. Only bad thing I have to say is that it slightly bothers me that Celestia has black outlines when Luna still has colored outlines like in the show but it might have just been difficult to see her if you did her typical pink outlines. On the same note Celestia could probably use a few light pink highlights in places because her coat is pearlescent but it's easier to just make her white and it looks good so I don't blame you for doing what you did at all. Great work

Celestia: *sigh* Luna.... we talked about this months ago, that tomorrow you would make an eclipse and that we'd celebrate it.
Luna: I.... I forgot.
Celestia: So..... please... move the moon away. You'll be able to do it tomorrow.
Luna: Awww...
Celestia: Don't be sad. We will bring luna cakes for everypony...
Luna: Yay.
Celestia: ... and you'll able to perform your duty about the night sky during the day! So everypony will be able to see your work!
Luna: *gasp* Of course! It will be so awesome! But I could have done it today and....
Celestia: Luna....
Luna: Okay, okay..... I set the moon right now. Sheesh!
