Not bad, but in my opinion it would look better if the stats on the bottom of the character had some kind of box with transparent effect like stats on the right. Also, green and red is kinda hard to read here. Possible solution for that is to make a solid color background (not transparent) or change the colors. There is purple, gold, dark blue, etc.
Other stuff are really cool
