The suite is no Explorer frame? Why start button is wrong, is white?;d

No explorer frame but appears when mouse is near the caption bar. The start button was made like that I guess, not properly anti-aliased oh something and it's white since the font on the task bar is white. Hope that answers everything

Thanks! It's a program called 'Resource Hacker' Basically you can change all the icons to blank ones when using this tool.
