This one may look a bit strange, though hopefully in a good way. I honestly went back asswards with a lot of my usual techniques for some experimentation. Even ended up mixing markers (something I'm generally wary of) as well.

Oh, I haven't seen any raptor art from you in a while. This guy looks great! I love that safari type atmosphere going on here too, and the colors looks very nice and rich. Great job!

Lovely as usual, but I have to say I love the faint green that is cast on the tail/back of the character. Nice!

Even though there's no way you could've known this but you've perfectly captured one of the scenes I have in mine for his story, especially with the use of the park background and how he's looking over his shoulder for someone. The coloring looks fantastic, most noticeably in the skin and his clothing (which I love). The only (extremely nit-picky) thing I notice is the rivets in his horns that he doesn't really have, but you've made it look great and still fit into his design. I think I might just have to start throwing money at you to illustrate scenes from my stories, you capture my characters so well!
And, thanks again for twitpic-ing this!

Also, is it nerdy that I'm trying to guess which markers you used? I keep looking at this, and (besides marveling at how great it looks) keep pointing to different areas and wondering, is that Leaf Green? Did she use Mahogany Red there?

Holycow! XD I don't even know what to reply, haha. I am thoroughly relieved you love it so much. c': And the markers were: Leaf Green, Spearmint, Olive Green, Yellow Ochre, Brick Beige, Brick White, Sand, Black, Warm Grey 60% and the red was Mahogany + Tuscan Red. :]

Of course I love it! If there was a way I could buy illustrations for my stories from you without selling an arm or leg, I'd certainly do it!

And thanks for the color list! I've been too scared to try coloring Collian with markers, but I'll have to push myself one of these days.
