Power: uuhhhh I kiiinnnddaaaa bent the rules of power--just checked the Power Classification Chart and she falls under "Self" and "Line of Sight" categories while also having the "explosion" and "energy discharge" subcategories. When making her, I didn't check the chart. Obviously.
Her power is what resembles the term--not the grenade--flashbang. Flash: speedy, sudden, electric. Bang: explosive, powerful, fire. Badaboom--instant power idea.

Affiliation: not that I've decided, but she'd be Troika or independent.

Notes: she has no defense unless you count speed as a defense, lmao. Her power levels are high simply because of the added speed behind any attack will subsequently make it more forceful to impact.
Also, her power explodes upon impact, hence "bang". Levels of impact range from scorch marks, to dents, to holes, and possibly to rubble. No one's made her do that, yet.

Other notes: Her hair, as mentioned in earlier comments, is inspired by Powerline in the first Goofy Movie. Dude is animated and legendary.
