I STUCK WITH CYBERPUNK~! More like the era where aesthetic limbs, artificial intelligence, and androids aren't rampant yet, but getting there.

I'm going to type the information up later and post it in this comment. I don't have the mojo to do it now, so I wont.

History
Like many others, Jessie in an orphan. However, she was that before the state invaded the "gifted" or "super" sector (where anyone with powers is forced to live). Her family--mother, father, and baby sister-- suddenly disappeared while she was at school one day when she was young. There was an attempt to kill her as well, but it fell through. Jessie was moved into an orphanage, which was conveniently located just outside the super sector. When the invasion happened she was not inside the sector and was then safe from inspection and "relocation" by the state. The manager soon after finds out that Jessie has powers, but does not turn her in. The manager taught her that using her powers in public, especially the in "normal" sector, would surely get her killed. She has to keep her powers a secret from the rest of the kids as well. She preferred not to be around them anyway.
Saying that, Jessie spent most of her childhood on the streets, causing trouble or getting into it. She would do innocent things like participate in sidewalk chalk, or to criminal things like pick pocketing. When she felt that the authorities were onto her, she let off a little before finding a newer hobby. Jessie found a scrapyard, where she began to use her powers to build and fix things. This scrapyard was located in the super sector, where an electrically gifted operator worked. He hid during the invasion, so he lived. Jessie would slink around the scrapyard, until one day he caught her in the yard. Jessie, upon discovery, almost bolted for it until he revealed he was also a super. They bonded over time, and he taught her how to fix and build from some basic things in the yard.

And then came along the summer of going into fifth grade, where Jessie met Kenzie and Naomi. At first, Kenzie was a little skeptical of Jessie's behavior and thieving habits, but Naomi, somehow, saw some good in her and wanted to become friends. Over time, Jessie muffled her bad habits and became good friends with Kenzie and Naomi, while also finding out that there were others her age who had powers. Jessie had believed that she was the last, until she met those two.

Naomi and Kenzie were being trained by the Amazons, an all-female rebellion, as they had recently joined and were one phase out from Initiation. Jessie joined because the other two were receiving instruction in fighting, which pretty much sold Jessie. She was placed in the electric training group, which taught her how to control her power better and channel it through things better as well. Jessie cannot control her powers with complete confidence by this point, but she's made great progress. Jessie was in training a year before the Amazon rebel faction went down due to another government "re-ordering" initiative. Her, Naomi and Kenzie survived yet another invasion. They became really close from there on.

By this time, all of them had gone through two attacks, which made them pretty salty. Jessie had convinced the other two that they can do something about their state, something about the treatment they received as supers and as girls. Long story made short, they made a promise to fight when they were ready.

And then here comes high school.

Personality

ESTP

-She's energetic and crafty. It seems that she's got a couple screws loose, but she's loveable all the same.
-She steals from Kenzie's kitchen. Not always successful, but she still tries.
-Jessie seems to have too much energy at times, so she is never allowed sugar.
-This does not stop her from getting it, however
-AKA shes just really, really hyper.
-Jessie mainly builds weapons, but she'll occasionally build gadgets and perform hacks.
-She loves to pull pranks
-Is referred to as "that" or "thing" sometimes because of her craziness.
-Still causes trouble, more specifically against authorities
-Her habits can make her out to be an awful person, but she's actually not that bad.

-Her two self-made electric guns. They launch electric projectiles using her own power as ammo. There are parts that do need to be replaced/fixed every once in while despite lack of actual ammo.
-Gum Shot
-Her handy-dandy sling shot. It has a few different tablets that do different things.
-Laser Lemon: uses electricity to resemble a laser when fired. Meant for causing damage.
-Electric Lime: is a tablet especially made to electrocute target.
-Atomic Tangerine: an end-all-be-all tablet. Take note of "atomic". It does not so the same damage like an atom bomb, but its her biggest explosive of the tablets.
-Fiery Orange: meant to burn target
-Infra Red: meant to unveil lasers and tripwires.
-Electric Blue: is also a shocker tablet, but this one can handle machines as well.
-Ultra Violet: flash bang
-Bittersweet: a poison tablet. Meant for "fake" gum. Ingested.
-Tickle-Me Pink: Tear gas/knockout gas/haven't decided
-Blast-Off Bronze: This speaks for itself.
-She does not use these unless it really helps, and not just to blow stuff up/burn stuff/electrify stuff. She uses them strategically. And she does not always carry each kind, as there is always the chance of capture.
-At school, she uses the sling shot to cause trouble, but never the tablets.
