Not Maekar after all, Dunk knew, when he saw those banners. The banners of the Prince of Summerhall showed four three-headed dragons, two and two, the arms of the fourth-born son of the late King Daeron II Targaryen. A single white dragon announced the presence of the King’s Hand, Lord Brynden Rivers.
Bloodraven himself had come to Whitewalls.

PS: Since the Great Spring Sickness until the Third Blackfyre Rebellion, House Targaryen faced countless perils, while their only true champion (Maekar) lived in obscurity. If it weren't for Bloodraven being Hand, they might have fallen much sooner than Robert's Rebellion.. So cheers, you greatest bastard 🎆 😉!!

Very intentional! I used Frollo as a reference for the drawing in the scenes of him during "the Bells of Notre Dame"! You have a very keen eye!

Hunchback of Notre Dame was (and still is in ways) one of my favorite 90's animated Disney films*. Easily one of the best soundtracks, but as far as characters go individually, I was only ever really drawn to Clopin and emphasized quite a bit with Quasimodo. Jafar and Hades are at the top of my faves list in the aforementioned category. Frollo is maaaybe fourth or fifth.

We still could very possibly, the story of the Blackfyre Rebellions and the Tales of Dunk and Egg (where he played an indispensable role) are central in GOT lore. We only need patience. 🙂.

I'm morally certain that Lord Brynden is making an Entrance purely because he's had to spend whole days in relative anonymity and is now Keen to send some thrills & chills throughout the vicinity (Just look at that "It's a Good Day to be me" smirk!).
