I see "glacier" as a tag on this photo.Β The planet still has some of those?

Still a few up this way, but some of them are shrinking fast. We had a river change it's course due to a glacier melting (only a short distance from this one). It once flowed north to the Bering Sea, now flows south to Β the gulf of Alaska. We live near one of the largest non-polar icefields in the world, but feeling the effects of climate change very strongly.

It's difficult to understand how there are people who still feel that the whole phenomenon can be explained away as erroneously reported data and hysteria.Β People who have actually seen the fact that the ICE IS GONE, and can show you before and after pictures with the graphs showing the temperature changes shouldn't have to justify themselves.Β Yet somehow, it seems like they still do.

It seems that the truth makes some people uncomfortable, so it becomes easier to live with their delusions; especially while it's relatively easy to find like minded, delusional people. No worries, the ice waits for nobody's opinions. It just melts.
