nardo - thx for reply - after i sent intial msg - i went to progs and checked to see what folder extention is .xwd and it was for .skins - afterwards, i copied the shortcut from main xwindock foloder to taskbar = opened xwindock but, cant locate how to change skin - also, i noticed that there were other skins that came with xwindock 5.6 - how do i change xwindock skins ?? pls advise, thx !!

copy the .xwd file not shortcut then run xwindowsdock then right click > prefernces go to panel change it from there

nardo - i havent had the best luck with xwindock - on win7 using compatibily switch - after your download - what to do with .xwd ?? pls advise, thx !!

my xwd docks runs with xwindowsdock 5.6 google that
after u installed it put the .xwd to c:\program files\xwindowsdock\skins
there u go

How do change the recycling bin icon? I can change the empty version but not the full. When I put them as the theme icons it just deleted them from the folder.

when u use the skin go to c:\program files\xwindowsdock\skin\current\
then copy all the files then reimport them using the xwindowsdock tools folder by xwindowskinmaker
