This is so gorgeous...I love it when the wind is so strong that it sweeps across the water like that, it makes for amazing pictures!

Took me a while to believe that this masterpiece is what we call a photograph. Then I realized, it has to be. Not even the best painter could capture this moment with just some colours and a brush. This is a beautiful, natural shot. Really pleasing to my eyes. LOVE. This.

Looks like an amazing part of the world, getting a shot like this makes the effort of getting there worthwhile. If you're ever in Australia you should check out Cradle Mountain down in Tasmania.

WOw, you lucked out....I only had clear blue skies and no alpine glow on my trip there. Good stuff.

Sweet holy bahjayzus! This is Epic scale of Epicness. The colors, texture, shading, focus, clouds everything is enlightened, mysterious, wonderful, lighthearted and dark, almost supernatural and surreal just breathtaking in so many ways. Wow.

Honestly one of the 'grandest' if not THE grandest landscapes seen on DA. The islands in the distance really give a sense of scale.

I do however feel that the trees in the foreground are a little to bright, giving a slight unnatural look.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you're photo is 'fake', or that you edited it and thus it is a lie, or any of that b*ll
My point was that, I believe the shot would have looked better if the foreground was darker, because that way it wouldn't violate the expectations by being brighter than things that it seems it shouldn't. Of course, I might get you wrong, and you could've meant that you violated the expectation on purpose, so as to get a bigger impact (or you might've meant something else still).
